Sandbox proxy refused CONNECT to slack.com and app.tryopentag.com, and both the Slack credential request and two network requests went unanswered (skipped/timed_out).

Judge reason
No OpenTag job was ever run. Transcript and saved artifacts show only docs retrieval: curl of https://www.tryopentag.com/docs, /docs/getting-started/your-first-job, /docs/getting-started/add-opentag-to-slack and /docs/working-with-opentag/where-to-talk-to-opentag all HTTP 200 (saved as evidence/raw-*.html), and https://www.tryopentag.com/auth.md HTTP 404 (evidence/auth.md.404.html, a Next.js 'Page not found'). Setup completed: proxy egress to www.tryopentag.com was requested and granted ({"outcome": "provided", "confirmed": true}) and the docs confirm Slack is the only surface for giving OpenTag a job, with web-app sign-in itself being Slack OAuth. Beyond that nothing: no scoped request posted, no OpenTag reply, no follow-up, no thread permalink. The agent prepared request and follow-up text but never sent it. Access attempts failed concretely: POST https://slack.com/api/auth.test -> curl: (56) CONNECT tunnel failed, response 403 (re-verified later, still 403); app.tryopentag.com and tryopentag.com also CONNECT 403; env had zero SLACK_* variables. benchmark-request kind=secret for Slack workspace access returned {"outcome": "skipped"} and two kind=network requests for slack.com both returned {"outcome": "timed_out"}. No mock or substitute was run and benchmark-success was correctly not called; the agent's own result.json reports status 'blocked', success false. Zero of the five positive success criteria are met.

- 8:27Asked a TPC admin to allow slack.comno approval within the window
- 11:27Blocked by a prerequisiteNo Slack workspace with OpenTag installed was available: the credential request for Slack workspace access returned 'skipped', two requests for slack.com network egress timed out, and slack.com / app.tryopentag.com remained CONNECT 403. OpenTag's own docs (add-opentag-to-slack, where-to-talk-to-opentag) establish Slack install plus Slack OAuth sign-in as the only path to give OpenTag a job, so the task is unreachable without that workspace access.
