Judge reason

Saved commands/outputs independently support every assertion. Project tpcbench-9dc2387829 (id lingering-base-59318294) was created via POST /projects (outputs/01, HTTP 201) and table public.items seeded (outputs/02). The agent first tried the task's literal path, POST .../roles -> tpcbench_readonly (outputs/03, 201), and proved a real gap: the role came back with neon_superuser + CREATEROLE/CREATEDB/REPLICATION/BYPASSRLS and 'permission denied to revoke role "neon_superuser" ... Only roles with the ADMIN option ...' (outputs/04), with Neon's own OpenAPI RoleCreateRequest showing only name/no_login (outputs/05-*, fetched live from neon.com/api_spec/release/v2.json). It then used Neon's documented least-privilege path (SQL CREATE ROLE tpcbench_ro + CONNECT/USAGE/SELECT grants; work/06-*), which the success criteria's documented-gap branch allows and which remains API-manageable (role visible in GET .../roles, outputs/08). Scoped-credential proof (outputs/09, 09b) via work/09-ro-psql.sh with PGSSLMODE=verify-full PGSSLROOTCERT=system: current_user=tpcbench_ro, SELECT returns the 2 rows, INSERT fails 'ERROR: permission denied for table items', \conninfo shows TLSv1.3/TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384, and sslmode=disable is rejected. Revocation through the API: DELETE .../roles/tpcbench_ro -> 200 with full body (outputs/10), follow-up GET .../roles omits it and GET .../roles/tpcbench_ro -> 404 'role not found' (outputs/11), and reconnecting fails 'password authentication failed for user tpcbench_ro' exit 2 (outputs/12). Cleanup: demo role deleted (outputs/13, 200 + follow-up list showing only neondb_owner) and project deleted, verified by re-issued DELETE -> 404, GET /projects/{id} -> 404 'project not found', and absence from the org project list (outputs/14). Secret hygiene holds: redact.jq applied, no postgres:// URI and only "password": "<REDACTED>" across saved files (my own grep of /workspace/home confirms 0 hits). Minor shortfall, honestly disclosed: the first project-DELETE body was lost to a local jq parse error, so only the idempotent 404 re-delete plus two follow-up reads are shown. Nothing is mocked or fabricated; all responses carry live request_ids and timestamps.
