Judge reason

Saved code (neon-task/code/*.py, stdlib urllib + Bearer NEON_API_KEY) and runtime logs show the real flow end to end. POST /projects -> 201 created project tpcbench-e4dacf97, id icy-union-77821461, region aws-us-east-1 (outputs/01_create_project.json, phase1_console.log), readiness polled via GET /projects/{id}/operations until create_timeline/start_compute/epc_sync were 'finished' and GET /projects/{id} -> 200. Stock psql 16.15 connected with PGSSLMODE=verify-full PGSSLROOTCERT=system to ep-late-shape-b8lhpupy.c-14.us-east-1.aws.neon.tech and returned 'select_one 1 (1 row)', exit 0 (outputs/03_psql_select1.txt); \conninfo shows 'SSL connection (protocol: TLSv1.3, cipher: TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384)' and two negative controls (sslmode=disable -> server closed connection, exit 2; verify-full with a self-signed bogus CA -> 'certificate verify failed', exit 2) prove TLS was genuinely enforced (outputs/04_tls_proof.txt). pg_stat_ssl ssl=f is explained by Neon's TLS-terminating proxy and does not contradict the client-side evidence. DELETE /projects/icy-union-77821461 -> 200 returning the project object, follow-up GET -> 404 'project not found', and GET /projects?org_id=... shows deleted_id_present false with zero remaining tpcbench-* projects (outputs/05-07, phase2_console.log). Nothing mocked or hard-coded. Grepping all saved files and the transcript found no API key, no plaintext password field and no password-bearing connection string: the only postgres:// matches are the redaction regex's own source and connection_uri/password fields are '[REDACTED]'.
