Setup completed: curl and jq verified present, and a complete syntax-checked four-step runner (create_board 'API Demo Board', create_column 'Stage' status, create_column 'Owner Note' text, create_item 'Draft launch checklist' with column_values {text_col:'first pass'}, boards/items_page read-back) with an errors/error_message guard was written, but it was never run. The planned board creation, column creation, item creation, and read-back assertion on text 'first pass' are therefore entirely unverified.
