The egress proxy's 403 on CONNECT api.richapi.ai:443, compounded by both benchmark-request calls (host allowlist, API key) timing out unanswered.

Judge reason
No RichAPI operation was ever executed. evidence/enrich_company_attempt.log and evidence/usage_attempt.log both end in 'CONNECT api.richapi.ai:443' -> 'HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden' / 'curl: (56) CONNECT tunnel failed, response 403' (exit=56), so neither POST /api/v1/enrich_company with url=https://www.linkedin.com/company/microsoft/ nor GET /api/v1/usage reached the service. No company record, no name/website/industry/companySize/headquarters/founded/specialties values, and no total_credits were obtained; home/result.json correctly reports status 'blocked' with all fields null rather than fabricating them. The block is host-specific, not a failed command: getent resolves api.richapi.ai to a live ALB (3.233.163.252 / 32.195.7.57) while the control host api.anthropic.com tunnels with 'HTTP/1.1 200 Connection Established' (evidence/control_host_baseline.log). app.richapi.ai and richapi.ai also returned 000, so the docs were unreachable as well. benchmark-request for network allowlisting and for the RichAPI key both returned {"outcome": "timed_out"}. Setup credit is due: the agent verified no key was present, pinned the exact endpoint/headers/body shape, captured raw verbose transcripts, built a control baseline, and redacted proxy credentials from the saved logs. benchmark-success was not invoked and no benchmark-first-success.json exists.

- 10:36Blocked by a prerequisiteapi.richapi.ai is not on the egress proxy allowlist (CONNECT refused with HTTP 403 while a control host tunnels at 200), and no RichAPI x-api-key was supplied; both benchmark-request calls for host approval and for the key timed out unanswered.
